Introduction

Ionospheric scintillation effect is one of the most difficult problems restricting the accurate and reliable service of Beidou /GNSS. The amplitude scintillation index reflects the intensity of signal amplitude change when satellite navigation signals pass through the ionosphere. Different from the amplitude scintillation calculation method in the special ionospheric scintillation monitoring receiver, this product makes full use of the global/regional real-time GNSS high-frequency observation data, and on the basis of realizing real-time calculation of the amplitude scintillation index of the satellite line of sight direction at each reference station, A spatial meshing method of amplitude scintillation based on IDW was established to realize real-time and fine monitoring of ionospheric scintillation effect at global scale.
